At Perrine Family Farm, we have been raising meat birds (chicken and turkey) and layers for the past ten years.

When we moved to New York thirteen years ago, our motivation to grow “clean” food was for the health of our family. We had small children and wanted the best for them. We believe that good food equals good health – they go hand in hand.

During the last ten years we have been developing meat products that are healthful and the best money can buy. Our meat chickens and turkeys are on a diet of fresh green grass, bugs, and non-medicated, hormone free, local, grain.

We process our own chickens throughout the entire summer in the great outdoors. They are sold as whole, halves, breast meat and dark meat. Our turkeys are processed the week of Thanksgiving for the freshest turkey possible.

We also raise beef which graze most of the year on our lush green pastures and munch on our own hay throughout the winter.

Our sheep graze on our land and receive a small portion of grain daily consisting mostly of oats. We do not use chemicals, antibiotics, nor pesticides in any of our farming practices.
